Mark Redler - Founder/Senior Director/Solicitor

Mark qualified as a solicitor over 45 years ago, on 15th March 1976, and during his career has practised in many diverse areas of the law and now specialises in commercial property.

Robert Chadwick - Director/Solicitor/Head of Civil Litigation

Robert qualified as a solicitor on 15th September 1989. Robert became a Partner in 2003 and Director in 2008. He specialises in Personal Injury Claims, Employment Law matters and Civil Litigation (disputes between persons). Robert has considerable litigation experience including complex cases and mediation. He is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme. He is the Treasurer of Stafford Law Society and a former past President of Stafford Law Society.

Terry Boulter - Director/Solicitor/Head of Family Law

Terry trained as a solicitor at the practice and qualified on the 1st March 1993. He has been a director at the practice since 2008 and specialises in divorce and childcare. He has been a member of the Children Panel since 2005.

Julie Meers - Director/Head of Conveyancing

Julie has been working at this practice for over 30 years. She lives locally and believes working and living in the area is the key to building and maintaining a good client relationship as she imparts her excellent knowledge of Stafford.

Chris Redler – Director/Solicitor - Family Law

Chris joined the Company in 2011, having graduated from Staffordshire University with a degree in Law. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2013, after completing his training here at Mark Redler & Co. Since qualifying, Chris has specialised in Family Law; specifically, Care Proceedings and Private Family Law

Victoria Guest – Solicitor – Family Law

Victoria joined the Company in January 2020, having qualified as a Solicitor in April 2019. Victoria completed her training contract in a Wolverhampton based firm where she built her experience in Divorce and ancillary relief matters after spending time as an assistant to the Head of Department. Since joining the company Victoria has specialised in Family law, specifically Care proceedings, including complex cases involving non-accidental injuries and infant death cases. Victoria also deals with private law children matters and matrimonial matters.

Jeremy Redler – Office Manager

Jeremy joined the Practice in November 2015 after achieving a First Class Honours Degree at Staffordshire University. He initially worked with Mark Redler in the Business and Commercial department, and then with Julie Meers in the Conveyancing department. He is now part of the Office Management Team.

Katie Edwards – Conveyancing

Katie joined the Conveyancing team at the Practice in 2010 with a First Class Honours Degree in Business Economics which she completed at Staffordshire University. She has since been awarded with Level 3 Certificates in Land Law and Conveyancing as part of the Diploma in Law and Practice with The Institute of Legal Executives and enjoys dealing with all matters of Residential Conveyancing.

Joshua Wilson – Trainee Solicitor

Joshua joined the Practice in 2022. Having initially trained with Robert Chadwick in the Litigation/Civil/Employment Department and then with Julie Meers in our Residential Conveyancing Department, he is now training in our Family Department.

Debbie Wood – Family Law

Debbie has been working at Mark Redler & Co for over 13 years and has covered many areas of the Law. She is currently working with Chris Redler in the Family Law Department.
